Training 10-6-2011

Did a quick DL session today. Forearms are still a little sore from last weekend.

  1. Aaron, good work on those heels-together deadlifts! I've seen a few of the USAWA guys pull that way and it boggles my mind since even 315lbs feels terrible to my back in that style.

  2. Thanks for the insight Ben. I've never done the heels together before and normally pull Sumo since it irritates my bad back the least. Decided to pull conventional for at least a couple months to work on low back strength. Definitely had to check my ego at the door.
